Pennsylvania allows Remote Online Notarization (RON) for eligible documents. If you’re anywhere in PA, you may be able to notarize remotely without meeting in person.

What you need for RON

• A valid government-issued photo ID • A device with camera/microphone • Stable internet connection • The document ready to sign • Any required witnesses (if applicable)

What to expect

You’ll complete identity verification, review the document, and sign electronically during the session. We then complete the notarial certificate and provide the finalized document.

Request a RON appointment

Submit the notary request form on our website and select Pennsylvania + RON.
